Hamstring Strain Taping (Kinesiology Taping)

First Tape:

1. Bend forward to place hamstrings on a stretch
2. Apply the tape from the top of the thigh just below the buttock
3. End the tape just above the crease of the knee

Second Tape:

1. Locate the most painful part of the muscle belly
2. Stretch the middle of the tape to about 50% to 80% and apple the tape over the most painful part of the muscle belly
